Children's Mobile Crisis Services was developed as part of the Children's
System of Care Initiative to stabilize youth in their current living
arrangement and prevent unnecessary movement from one arrangement to
another. The services are provided in the current living arrangement and are
time limited (72 hours during the crisis phase and up to 8 weeks for the
referral phase).
Our services are available for:

Children in residential treatment centers, group homes, community
psychiatric residences, and therapeutic foster care
|

Children under DYFS supervision living with relatives or living in
pre-adoptive or permanent custody arrangements with foster parents
|

|
Children hospitalized within the past year and living with their
parents
|
Future target populations will include:

Children under DYFS supervision in foster care

|
Children in the Juvenile Justice System
|

|
Children with emotional or behavioral disturbances living in the
community

About Our Staff
The treatment team consists of master and bachelor level clinicians who are
specially trained to manage the complexities of a family crisis. Recruitment
of seasoned professionals with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field
of child care ensures that our clients receive the best care possible at the
critical point of contact. Staff training and supervision is ongoing to
insure continuous quality improvement.

Elizabeth.
To Contact Us
All referrals must be made through the CSA 800 number
(877-NJCSOCI/652-7624). They will then make a referral to the Children's
Mobile Crisis Program.
