About Dolores...

Dolores is always there to assist the nurses or nursing
assistants on 6 North. She does things without the nurses having
to ask. Dolores is constantly "on the go" to assure every
patient gets the care they deserve.

|
Dolores always has a positive attitude and a smile on her
face. She helps make the floor run smoothly and efficiently at
rounds and "wrap-up". Dolores comes early, helping the night
staff without being asked, then she leaves late always helping
the day staff with numerous tasks.
|
|
Dolores plays a key role as clinical coordinator and always
involves the different disciplines (social work, case manager,
dietician, pastoral care) in day-to-day tasks. Dolores excels at
coordinating the entire multi-disciplinary team in the delivery
of excellent patient care.
|
|
The nursing staff on 6 North can always look to Dolores when
they have a question or concern about something. The nurses look
up to her as one of their exemplary senior RNs. Dolores never
puts them down and always encourages them.
|
|
Dolores never hesitates to help solve a patient’s problem or
concern. She is very creative and "hands-on". Dolores’ motto is
that the patients and their families are always right and that
drives her goal of providing excellent customer service at all
times. Dolores embodies and role models what it is to be a
patient advocate.

Dolores has been a Trinitas employee for 32 years. She takes pride in her hospital, supports her co-workers and provides excellent care to her patients.
