Getting Patient Information
Your family and friends may call 908-994-5100 to inquire about your condition. This information will be released in general terms; we are not allowed to release specific details about your illness or treatments. Immediate relatives may obtain more information from either you or your physician.

Statement On Environmental Violence
Trinitas Hospital is committed to providing a safe environment to meet all patient care needs. In order to achieve this, the Hospital does not tolerate any physical violence; threat of physical violence; verbal threats; harassment; or intimidation from any employee, patient, visitor, or between or among employees/employees; employees/ patients; patients/visitors; and employees/visitors.

The Hospital will respond to any violent or threatening actions swiftly, and reserves the right to use any security or law enforcement measures, which are necessary to protect its environment, patients, visitors, and employees.

Patients or visitors may be asked to assist in the investigation of a complaint if medical circumstances permit such involvement.

Please refer to the Patient Bills of Rights for additional information.

Visitor Guidelines


 

Visitors must obtain a visiting pass at the Information Desk in the Main Lobby

Only two visitors are permitted in a patient's room at one time

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to visit


 

Visitors must leave the patient's room during the doctor's visit, while treatment is being given, or upon request of the nurse

Children should not be left unattended in the Main Lobby


Visiting Hours

The following visiting hours must be observed for the well-being of all patients.

General Visiting
11am-8pm

Maternity Visiting
Fathers: 9am-10pm
Family: By appointment

General (Maternity) Visiting
2-3pm, 7-8pm
(Babies are returned to Nursery)

ICUs:
10am, 1pm, 6pm, and 8pm
(Immediate family only, short periods)

If a special situation arises and you cannot observe these visiting hours, please contact the Nursing Office at extension 5362 or the Administrative Supervisor at extension 5000.
