GREEN BEANS W/MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ pound fresh mushrooms,
washed
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
½ teaspoon pepper
2 pounds green beans,
steamed

Preparation:
Spray a nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sauté the garlic and
mushrooms in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the spices and simmer
covered for another 3 to 4 minutes. Toss well with the beans.
Yield: Makes 6 servings, each giving 1 simple carbohydrates and an
added fat.
