MARINATED CUCUMBERS

Ingredients:
4 cucumbers
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
|
½ cup no-oil Italian dressing
4 romaine or green leaf lettuce
leaves
|

Preparation:
Wash and peel the cucumbers; slice in rounds. Add the onion slices and
toss with the dill weed. Pour in the dressing and refrigerate at
least 2 hours to blend the flavors. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
Yield: Makes 8 servings on a healthy munchie.
